It is a great honour to be invited to participate in the “SCOM Talk Show” (恒傳感言) hosted by the School of Communication at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. During the show, I shared my clinical observations and philosophy as a Registered Music Therapist, exploring how music transitions from a role in emotional care to true medical support.
“SCOM Talk Show” is an in-depth interview program hosted by Professor Scarlett Chou and Professor Raymond Chiu. The show has previously invited distinguished guests such as Secretary Alice Mak, Director Johnnie To, KMB Managing Director Roger Lee, Master Seven, Mr. Timothy Cheng, and Mr. Stark Chan, with each exploring societal changes and challenges from different perspectives. Being able to represent the music therapy profession on this platform was a rare opportunity for public dialogue, and a vital chance for society to truly “see the profession of music therapy.”
